No matter the client, my goal is the same.
To ensure that you perform, function, and feel better than ever before.
I earned my Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Since then, I’ve worked with elite Olympic, professional, college, and high school athletes on both coasts, in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Boston and throughout New England.
With more than a decade of experience, I’ve treated and trained patients from every walk of life. No matter the patient, my ultimate goal is the same. I support clients in their rehabilitation and treatment process to ensure that they feel and function better than ever before.
In the clinic, I create customized treatment plans for each patient. I utilize a combination of functional movement training, orthopedic techniques, postural re-education, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and sports performance training—and a healthy dose of humor and popular culture references.
I take my continuing education very seriously and am thus able to provide patients with well-rounded, up-to-date, and high quality care and training. I am certified in and employ a variety of techniques beyond traditional physical therapy practices:
Certified in this technique of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization; also possess personal set of instruments.
(FMS 1& 2) Provider; Gray Cook and Lee Burton

Coach Certified, United States Weightlifting Association
Certified in Application and Therapeutic Use of Spidertech kinesiotape
Certified Level 1 HVLA Thrust Manipulation of the Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar & SI Joints; Spinal Manipulation Institute, American Academy of Manipulative Therapy
As a practitioner, I walk the talk and am an avid athlete myself. I’ve finished full and half marathons and have won powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions. I bring this personal experience into the clinic and gym and understand the goals, challenges, and efforts of high level athletic training and competition.
